A four-member appeals bench headed by Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain ordered 'not to day' in the wake of the application of the Election Commission's time.

Advocate on record Mohammad Ashraf-uz-Zaman Khan, in the absence of the Election Commission lawyer Fida M Kamal, appealed to be behind the hearing.

He told the court that former attorney general Fida M Kamal, senior lawyer, could not come to court today due to personal inconvenience. Therefore, the hearing of this petition needs to be reversed.
