Appeal petition came in today's workshop on the High Court Division Bench comprising Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Shahidul Karim. Alongside the hearing, lawyers will apply today to BNP chairperson's bail. It is known that the High Court will decide if the appeal will be accepted and bail. After lodging the appeals filed by Khaleda Zia, on Tuesday night, it was kept in the 6th Schedule of a High Court bench of the High Court for hearing. The court later ordered the hearing on the acceptance of the application. On the same day, the petition filed by Khaleda's lawyer Barrister Kaiser Kamal filed the petition of 1,223 pages in the relevant branch of the High Court. Initially, 44 arguments were presented. Besides, Khaleda Zia's signature of 28 lawyers has been signed by the Appellate Tribunal.
