The Court has fixed April 26 for the submission of Salman Shah's 'Repeating Report of the Abortion Report'.
Today, the investigation report was fixed on Sunday. However, due to the submission of the investigation agency PBI (Bureau of Investigation), Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Satyabrata Sikder fixed the date for submitting the report.
The court directed the PBI to reconsider its investigation on December 7, 2016.
Chaudhury Mohammad Shahriar Imon alias Salman Shah died on September 6, 1996. At that time, his father Kamaruddin Ahmed Chowdhury filed a case against him for abortion.
On July 24, 1997, the son filed a petition demanding conversion of the case to a murder case. The court ordered the CID to investigate the case of the murder of the victim with the case.
Then, on the other hand, on 21 August 2016, the Special Judge of Special Judge of 6, Imrul Kayes, granted the state-wise revision.
