Syrian ceasefire proposal passed in the United Nations

The UN Security Council has passed a 30-day ceasefire proposal in Syria's Gutta. According to the proposal, emergency relief and rescue will be conducted in rebel-controlled areas during this period.

However, some jihadi insurgent groups are not covered under ceasefire, analysts say that there are doubts about its implementation. Meanwhile, after the ceasefire proposal was passed, the air strikes are underway in Ghatia, Human Rights Organizations said.
