Buddhist attacks in the mosque in Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka's Mosque attacks the country's extremist Buddhists. At least five people were injured in the incident in the eastern part of the country. Reuters disclosed this information on Tuesday by Sri Lanka police.

Sri Lankan police spokesman Ruwan Gunasekera said that a mosque, four shops and several vehicles in Ampara on Monday happened to attack Sinhalese Buddhists. After the attack, extra police have been deployed to control the situation.
However, no one was arrested yet in connection with the attack on mosques and shops.
Alliance of Muslim organizations in Sri Lanka expressed condemnation of the attack on the Muslim Council of Sri Lanka (MCSL) mosque. The organization has urged the government to arrest and investigate the attackers and investigate the incident.
It is worth mentioning that in the country of two million and a million people, there are about 9 percent of Muslims in Sri Lanka. Besides, there are 70 Buddhist religions and 13 percent followers of Hindu religion.
